Abundant Habitat is not responsible for delays, shortages, backorders, manufacturing defects, shipping damage, delivery failures, or other issues caused by third-party vendors, manufacturers, freight providers, delivery companies, or suppliers.

Abundant Habitat does not manufacture products and makes no warranty regarding the performance, quality, availability, or suitability of products supplied by third parties. Any applicable manufacturer warranties shall remain the responsibility of the manufacturer or supplier.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk of loss and title transfer shall pass in accordance with the applicable vendor, supplier, manufacturer, or carrier terms.

Abundant Habitat reserves the right to substitute comparable products, recommend alternative selections, modify procurement schedules, or cancel procurement efforts when products become unavailable, or circumstances reasonably require such action.

Procurement services provided by Abundant Habitat involve sourcing, specification, purchasing coordination, vendor communication, and order management. While Abundant Habitat makes reasonable efforts to facilitate the procurement process, Abundant Habitat is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, shortages, backorders, manufacturing defects, shipping damage, delivery failures, warranty claims, or other issues arising from the actions or performance of third-party vendors, manufacturers, freight carriers, delivery providers, installers, or other suppliers.

Due to the custom, made-to-order, trade-only, and specialty nature of many furnishings, fixtures, materials, and design-related products, all sales are final unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.

Refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations may be subject to:

• Vendor restrictions

• Restocking fees

• Shipping and freight charges

• Inspection requirements

• Processing fees

• Administrative fees

Administrative and processing fees may be charged to cover costs associated with order placement, vendor coordination, payment processing, procurement administration, cancellation requests, return authorizations, and other related services.

Custom orders, special orders, made-to-order products, personalized items, digital products, design services, consultation fees, procurement services, and completed work are generally non-refundable.

Where a return, cancellation, exchange, or refund is approved, the customer shall remain responsible for any non-recoverable costs incurred by Abundant Habitat, including but not limited to vendor charges, restocking fees, freight and delivery expenses, storage fees, payment processing fees, administrative fees, and other costs arising from the transaction. Such amounts may be deducted from any approved refund or invoiced separately.

Any approved return or refund request must be submitted in writing within the timeframe specified by the applicable purchase terms.

Abundant Habitat reserves the right to deny return, cancellation, exchange, or refund requests that do not comply with applicable policies.

This website, its content, and any information, recommendations, sourcing assistance, procurement-related communications, or other materials provided by Abundant Habitat are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
